Having many years jewelry making in our resume, we have the technical knowledge to tell you how to make what you like. Together we will discuss the size, proportions, textures, and even the colors of the metals and stones that will be used. Although we can execute urgent orders, we always prefer to leave the creator the necessary time for each piece of jewelry he will make. It would be ideal to have 10-15 working days at your disposal until your order is completed. In cases of making jewelry with more special specifications (eg intricate carvings, unusual stones) it may take up to 30 days.

JEWELRY SERVICE
The jewels require careful use and maintenance. They do not like sudden movements, blows and contact with chemicals. However, and because accidents do happen, our experienced technicians can almost always restore your jewelry to its original condition. Find in the following list the case that concerns you:
My jewel is... broken
The vast majority of broken jewelry can be stuck. The jewelry repair by gluing is done in two ways:
- Bonding with fire and adhesive. This repairs jewelry that is more durable, with little or no stones. After gluing, the jewelry is re-polished and the gluing is not visible.
- Laser gluing. The broken edges of the jewelry are glued with the help of a laser. In this way, delicate jewelry is repaired, with stones that are dangerous to break due to temperature (the laser does not raise the temperature of the jewelry), or with paints (enamel). As in the previous case, after gluing the jewelry is re-polished and the gluing is not visible.
The jewelry that usually can not be repaired are:
- Jewelry that has been almost completely destroyed.
- Hollow and crumpled jewelry
- Specific types of knitted chains
- Jewelry with such great wear due to age that their repair becomes impossible
My jewelry… is black and / or has spots

Contact of jewelry with chemical elements (colognes, moisturizers or other cosmetic or medicated creams, especially those containing zinc, harsh cleaners and detergents or antiseptics) may affect the color of the gold and damage its sheen. The stones in the original, golden jewels are fastened with a technique called ''nailing'' and are not just glued. This means that the stones are not very likely to leave your jewelry without it being hit or dropped. In any case, the repair is undertaken by the nailer, who can re-nail the stone to its original position and / or fasten stones that seem likely to leave.
