SHIPPING METHODS

Order Shipping

  • Orders are shipped through courier companies
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a relevant confirmation email with the bill of lading number with which you can track your order
  • Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on weekdays and hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Ability to ship on Saturday is available upon option and provided as a service to the destination

Shipping Methods

To receive your order, the options we provide are the following:

  • Collection from the store: you can pick up your order yourself from our store Tsimiski 12 (map), in Thessaloniki on working days and hours (opening hours) and if preceded by telephone or electronic consultation.
  • Courier with estimated delivery time (basic shipping service): we can send you your order with one of the cooperating courier companies. The estimated delivery time from us to the courier of your order is within 24 hours.

Shipping Cost

Our shipments are made as follows:

In Greece

  • With basic shipping service
    • FREE for purchases over 100 € through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days in all cities of Greece without the slightest charge.
    • For purchases up to 100 € there is a charge of 5 € through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days in all cities of Greece

With the basic shipping service, our goal is to have your order delivered to:

  • Ελλάδα: 1-5 working days

Deliveries are made:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9.00 – 17.00

Unsuccessful Delivery

  • In case your order arrives and the courier company does not find someone to deliver the parcel, then it will make another 2-3 attempts by leaving a notification at the delivery address or sending you an SMS so that you can contact it.
  • Your parcel will remain at the Courier Company Distribution Center for 7 - 10 days from the day of shipment.
  • In case you do not contact and 7-10 days have passed since the 1st communication of the courier company with you, the product is automatically returned to us.
  • Once the order is returned to us, we will contact you to re-arrange the shipment.
  • In case the order is returned and the payment has been made by cash on delivery, in order for the order to be sent again, it must be discounted.
  • If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to us, we undertake to resend the order at our own expense.
  • If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to an error or omission in the delivery and contact details you stated, then the cost of the second shipment is borne by you.

Force Majeure

If your order can not be executed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.) we will contact you using the information you have provided to us when submitting your order in order to agree on the completion of the order.

  • log in to your Account and see what stage it is at or
