The main disadvantage is that they may oxidize (tan) in the future due to their low quality.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>14 carat jewelry<\/p><p>Essentially, they constitute the vast majority of jewelry in the Greek and world market and not by chance. 14 carats is the golden ratio in goldsmithing due to the many positive characteristics it brings together such as: They do not oxidize - they turn black due to the high content of gold (58.5%) except for extremely rare cases that come in contact with chemicals such as mercury or repeated and direct contact with perfumes (in the latter case they do not turn black, they just blur locally).
